Policies


Pet Policy

No pets, no exceptions.

Smoking Policy

All rooms are non-smoking.  Outside smoking is allowed on our premises.  No smoking allowed while physically swimming in the pool.

We Furnish

All are fully furnished with full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee cups, drinking cups and cooking utensils. Units 1, 2, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18-26, 28 & 29 have ovens. All other have a 4-burner electric stove top.

We Do Not Furnish

Beach towels, paper towels, Kleenex, bug spray, coffee, ice, fishing poles (all of these items and many more are available for purchase on-site)

Available For Purchase

Bait (minnows, worms, shrimp, chicken livers), Ice, Soda, Beer, Charcoal, Lighter Fluid, Apparel, Chips, Candy, Ice Cream, Water and many other sundry items such as sunscreen, toothbrush, batteries, etc.

Reservation Policy

Reservations will be held five days pending receipt of your deposit.  No advance reservations for less than 4 nights during the Summer season and 2 nights during the Value & Winter seasons.  Shorter stays will be taken if our bookings allow.  There is a $10.00 charge for shorter stays. $10 for each additional person. No charge for children under two (2) years of age.

Deposit Policy

Three (3) night's deposit is required for each unit you have reserved in the Summer season, two (2) night deposit in the Value (Spring and Fall) season, one (1) night deposit in the Winter season. The deposit is a guarantee of the complete reservation for both the guest and Point Randall Resort. It guarantees the guest that the accommodations will be held for the reserve date. It guarantees Point Randall that the guest will arrive and pay for the agreed upon reserve dates at the agreed upon rate. Deposits may be in the form of a personal check or a money order.  The remaining balance is due on arrival and can be paid with: Cash, Personal Check (need office approval), Credit Card will be assessed a surcharge of 3% (no American Express), or Debit Card (no surcharge fee).

Refund Policy

Deposits will only be refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to your arrival date and the entire reservation is re-rented.  All returned deposits will be subjected to a 10% cancellation fee.  Year-in-advance deposites (i.e. deposits made 12 months in advance) are excluded and are never refundable or transferable.

Office Hours:
Office hours are 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday thru Saturday. Our office will be open Sunday at 12:30 until 5 P.M.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 P.M. and before 9:00 P.M. at night. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. or before. Your cooperation in observing our check-in and check-out time is appreciated. Half-day rates will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
