Reservations:
You can click on Email / Request right now to start the process of
making a reservation. After filling out the form simply submit it. We will then email you back if those dates
are open and will work. Next, we will need to have you mail a deposit within five (5) days of our email
notification. No advance reservations for less than four (4) nights during summer months and two (2)
nights during Spring and Fall. We will take shorter stays if our reservation bookings allow; there is a $10
charge for less than minimum night stays.
Deposit Policy:
Three (3) night's deposit is required for each unit and boat slip you have reserved in the Summer months
(June - August), two (2) night deposit in the Spring and Fall. The deposit is a guarantee of the complete
reservation for both the guest and Point Randall Resort. It guarantees the guest that the
accommodations will be held for the the reserve date. It guarantees Point Randall that the guest will
arrive and pay for the agreed upon reserve dates at the agreed upon rate. It will be deducted
from your bill when you pay in full upon arrival. Any other form of payment may have an additional charge.
Refund Policy:
Please note . . . this is the risk you take.
We guarantee you a room and thus, take the room off the market. We do not double book our rooms.
It is to your advantage to give us a 45 day notice if you must cancel so we can re-rent the room and you
will only be out your deposit. You are responsible for the total number of days you have
reserved. Unit and deposit are non-transferrable. We are not responsible for any accidents.
Extra Persons:
$10 for each additional person. No charge for children under two (2)
years of age.
Additional Items:
Port-a-cribs are available for $10.00 one time charge.
Office Hours:
Office hours are 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. Monday thru Saturday. Our office will be open Sunday at
12:30 until 6 P.M.
Check-In:
Check-in time is after 4:00 P.M. and before 9:00 P.M. at night. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. or
before. Your cooperation in observing our check-in and check-out time is appreciated. Half-day rates
will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.

For Your Information:
The Heated Swimming Pool and the Hot Tub are open from April thru September.
We Furnish:
All units and cabins are lakefront with a deck or patio. All have kitchens with microwaves and built in 3/4 burner
electric stove tops. Units #9, 15, 16 and 18-26 have ovens. All are fully furnished with full-size refrigerator,
coffee pot, toaster, eating utensils and dishes. Units 1-17 have one (1) bath with shower. Units
18-20, 22 and 23 have one (1) full bath with tub and one (1) 1/2 bath. Unit 21 has one (1) bath/tub.
We supply one (1) set of towels per person/perday and one (1) set of bed linens/week. Please
bring your own beach towels. Units 22 and 24 have fireplaces.
